1. Who handles your information
RMDLAB LLC uses information submitted through this website to respond to business enquiries and manage related discussions. Our business address is 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #10475, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@rmdlabllc.com.
2. Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, optional company, service interest, project stage, message, and acknowledgement of this policy. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, or sensitive personal information.
3. Why it is used
Your information is used to respond, understand a proposed project, prepare a proposal when requested, maintain the conversation, and protect the form from abuse. It is not used to automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where applicable, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, legitimate business and security interests, or legal obligations.
4. Providers and technical data
Hostinger provides the website hosting and support mailbox. Form submissions are sent to the support mailbox using the hosting server’s mail service. Hosting and email providers may process technical data, including IP addresses and server logs, under their own service terms. These services may involve international processing subject to applicable safeguards.
The form uses short-lived hashed network identifiers and counters on the server to limit abuse. The application stores no contact-message database. Messages may remain in the support mailbox and any subsequent project records.
5. Cookies and external resources
The contact form uses a necessary, temporary session cookie to protect submissions. It is not used for advertising. The workflow demonstration runs in your browser and does not connect to external accounts. This version has no analytics or advertising trackers and no third-party embeds. Typography uses local device fonts.
6. Retention and protection
Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the discussion, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation, or dispute. You may request deletion when information is no longer needed. Access should be limited to authorized people and service providers involved in handling your enquiry.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Send requests to support@rmdlabllc.com; identity verification may be needed to protect your data.
8. Updates
This policy must be updated if the site introduces analytics, payment collection, new processors, or different uses of data. Updated 5 November 2026.
