Digital delivery policy

How project scope, delivery, review, and handover are defined.

1. Digital delivery

Software and automation projects are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or physical returns. The proposal defines whether delivery is a deployed system, access to an agreed environment, a downloadable package, documentation, or another specified digital handover.

2. Scope and timeline

Delivery dates and milestones are agreed in writing for each project. No universal completion time is promised on this website. Timelines depend on the agreed scope, required access, timely feedback, and external services. Changes affecting timing should be communicated and agreed.

3. Review and acceptance

Your proposal defines review steps, acceptance criteria, and the process for reporting a missing or non-conforming deliverable. Each handover is documented against the agreed milestone: the version or environment delivered, files or access provided, acceptance checks, and any outstanding issues. Customer approval or requested corrections are recorded. Additional features outside the agreed scope require a separate change agreement.

4. Access, hosting and handover

The agreement identifies who provides hosting, owns third-party accounts, pays external fees, manages credentials, and maintains the system after delivery. Source-code access, intellectual-property rights, documentation, and training are included only as expressly agreed.

5. Third-party dependencies

Integrations may depend on approved API access, usage limits, account permissions, provider availability, and relevant platform rules. Required subscriptions and usage fees must be identified before commitment. Provider changes may require a separately agreed maintenance update.

6. After delivery

Any correction period, support level, ongoing maintenance, or response commitments must be stated in the project agreement. No unlimited support or uptime commitment is implied by this website. For a delivery question, contact support@rmdlabllc.com with your project reference.

7. Payment and security

No payment information is collected by this website. Never place passwords, confidential datasets, or card details in the contact form. Use the secure transfer and payment channels specified in the project agreement. Updated 5 November 2026.
